KENMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tuesday, nurses at Kenmore Mercy Hospital are planning on picketing. The nurses voted down their contract earlier this month by rousing 95 percent. Starting at noon Tuesday, they’ll be picketing.
They say the hospital is asking for major concessions from them that would impact patient care, staffing and retention. They’re hoping by picketing that can get a fair agreement.
