BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Business First is reporting that Kaleida Health is offering $1 million to the development team that comes up with the best proposal to redevelop the Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital site.

The hospital will close it's current location on April 1st when services will shift to the growing downtown medical campus area.

Kaleida is hoping this financial incentive will help find a new owner for the Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital building.
