FORT ERIE, O.N. (WIVB) - A deadly scene played out along the Fort Erie Bound QEW Sunday. The included pictures came in from Ontario Provincial Police.

Investigators are trying to figure out why a Jeep slammed into the back of a tractor trailer. Crews worked feverishly, but the driver was trapped for nearly two hours.
The 72-year-old man sadly died on the scene. No one else was hurt.
