ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Jim and Jill Kelly celebrated their late son Hunter's legacy in Orchard Park Saturday.  The Buffalo Bills Fieldhouse hosted the 14th Annual Hunter's Day of Hope for Children.

The Kellys became vocal supporters of newborn testing for genetic diseases after Hunter was diagnosed with Krabbe's disease.

For the couple, Saturday was an opportunity to promote family time.

Jim Kelly said, "Nowadays there's so many things going on and to spend that quality time because you never know when that time will come when you don't have your child anymore.  But overall it's really for families to bring their kids, and enjoy themselves, and to meet other friends."

Families enjoyed entertainment, food, games and prizes for free including martial arts and Irish dancers Rince Na Tiarna at the event.
