BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has formally admonished Judge James McLeod for speaking in a "crude and offensive manner" to a 17-year-old defendant.

The exchange happened in February of 2011 after the teen yelled obscenities at the judge.

McLeod has accepted full responsibility for his actions.
