WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police in Warsaw arrested a Pavilion woman for felony DWI under Leandra's Law.

Troopers were tipped off that a woman in an intoxicated condition was operating a vehicle with a 4-year-old child in the car.

Authorities were able to locate the vehicle in the parking lot of a Tops Market in LeRoy and arrested the driver, 40-year-old Angela Kruse.

Troopers say Kruse's BAC was .14%.

Kruse was remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $1000.00 bail. The child was turned over to her child care provider at the scene.
