BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tech lovers are lining up Friday morning, to get their hands on the brand new iPhone 5.

It’s the upgrades that attract some, and the the thrill of being one of the first to own the newest gadget that attracts others

“You can surf the web faster,” Jared Wansart, who was in line for the iPhone 5. “There’s a bigger battery, bigger screen."

  >>  Millions of people will likely buy new iPhones. What should you do with your old one?

A handful of people camped outside area AT&T stores to be the first to get their hands on Apple’s newest sensation, the iPhone 5.

This isn’t the first time Jordan Wansart and his brother Jared have pulled an all nighter waiting for an iPhone.

Jordon said, “We were actually out here for the iPhone 4 two years ago and now we finally got our first spot, so it feels good.”

As for what they’re going to do to pass the time, the brothers are turning to another Apple product, the iPad.
