CHEEKTOWAGA, NY (WIVB) - LongHorn Steakhouse will be opening a second restaurant in western New York, just one month after entering the market with a restaurant in Orchard Park.

According to Business First the new steakhouse is expected to open January 14 on Walden Avenue. The location is the former Borders bookstore across from the Walden Galleria.

LongHorn's other location is at Quaker Crossing in Orchard Park.

The restaurant plans to create up to 100 full and part time positions.
