Congestion clears on I-90 East

WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Commuters faced delays on I-90 East Tuesday morning. An accident, which is now clear, had caused congestion for 2.8 miles.
The congestion on I-90 East began at Exit 55, for Ridge Road, to beyond Exit 53, for I-190.
