COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man is accused of possessing a narcotic drug, after a traffic stop around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Sammie Harris, of Buffalo, was stopped in the Town of Collins, for his vehicle failing to stay in its lane. Harris was arrested for felony fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and several vehicle and traffic charges.
Harris was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment in the Town of Collins Court.
