JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Jamestown Police are investigating a bizarre domestic incident, that happened just before 1 p.m. Thursday. The Dunkirk Observer reports a man apparently set himself on fire before running into the basement of a two-family home on Palmer Street.

Firefighters cleared smoke out of the building. First Responders revived the man who suffered serious injuries, and transported him to WCA Hospital.
