BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - He's the Tonawanda man, who urged his girlfriend to leave the scene of a serious accident.

John Pieri, 39, was back in court Monday, for probation violation. The case was adjourned with no new court date set. According to the DA's office, the violations involved alcohol use.

Pieri is on probation for his role in the 2009 accident, that seriously hurt two Daemen College students. The driver, Andrea Glinksi , was sentenced to one to three years for leaving the scene.
