PERRY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Perry man is facing charges after a traffic stop Saturday morning.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old David Preen was stopped on State Route 20A for speeding. During the stop police say they found a plastic baggy containing marijuana inside the vehicle.
Preen was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in zone. He was released and will face charges in court at a later date.
