WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cheektowaga man has been charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident.

West Seneca Police say Joseph Ayer, 30, was traveling at a high rate of speed and in an unsafe manner when he crashed his motorcycle into a pickup truck on the 400 last March.

The crash killed Ayer's passenger, 24-year-old Chelsea Olsen. Olsen was a nurse at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle.
