BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man accused of dragging his dog with his SUV last month is going through the court system trying to keep the dog.
36-year-old Daniel Delaney is in jail facing animal cruelty charges.
Delaney told officers he forgot the dog was chained to the SUV when he drove off.
