CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 50 year-old Clarence man drove to the state police station to report an incident and ended up getting arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
New York State Police say Ronald Baron allegedly drove to the State Police Clarence Station to report an incident to troopers Sunday. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that he was intoxicated.
He was processed for the charge and he later submitted to a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .24 % - three times the legal limit for intoxication in New York State. He was later released to a relative with tickets to appear in the Clarence Town Court to answer the charge of Aggravated DWI at a later date.
