WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Bliss man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop on State Route 20 A in the Town of Warsaw.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’ Office says 25-year-old Cody Huffer was stopped for equipment infractions, and it was found that he was in possession of marijuana. The sheriff’s office says Huffer failed standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody and charged for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Inadequate Headlamps and Inadequate Tail Lamps.
Huffer’s vehicle was towed from the scene and he was released. He is scheduled to appear in court in October.
