Man surrenders after domestic dispute

POMFRET, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 viewers alerted us to a tense scene in the Town of Pomfret overnight.
State Police say 32-year-old Jason White held police at bay for more than eight hours. He finally surrendered peacefully around 3 a.m. Monday.
Investigators say the incident started as a domestic dispute.
Thankfully no one was hurt, charges are now pending against White.
