NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police arrested a Niagara Falls man after he was caught convincing two young boys to steal copper for him.
Investigators say, 22-year-old Christopher Pugh asked a pair of 8-year-old twins to break into a vacant home to look for copper.
Police caught the children at the house.
Pugh is charged with Attempted Burglary and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
