BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The wife of Bills owner, Ralph Wilson is being honored for her dedication to keeping Western New Yorkers in game shape.

Mary Wilson is this year's recipient of the President's Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition Community Leadership Award.

Wilson is the founder of the Western New York Girls in Sports Program that helps ensure young girls have the opportunity to take part in sports and lead a healthy lifestyle.

The award is given out to people who improve the lives of others in their community by giving opportunities to take part in sports, fitness, or nutrition related programs.
