BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Mystery surrounds a late morning news conference called by the Erie County District Attorney.

Frank Sedita's office has not released any details, only saying it pertains to a, "important matter of public policy."

The news conference is set for 10:30 a.m. News 4 will bring you the latest information form the conference, as it becomes available.
