NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Niagara Aerospace Museum will take flight and land at a new home.

The museum has finalized a lease with the NFTA to use the former passenger terminal at Niagara Falls International Airport. The museum's collection includes several pieces from the former Bell Aircraft Plant in the Town of Wheatfield.

Sen. George Maziarz said, "That rich history is preserved today by the Niagara Aerospace Museum. And we are pleased to announce that this old terminal, which at one point had been scheduled to be torn down, is going to be the new home of the Niagara Aerospace Museum."

First Niagara Center used to be home to the aerospace museum. The grand re-opening is scheduled for this spring.
