Nightclub hires attorney to fight law

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Lux Nightclub has hired prominent defense attorney Paul Cambria to lead its fight against the city's co-mingling law. The bar has been at the center of the controversy.

The law bans anyone under 21 from Buffalo's party district, past 10 p.m. every night of the week.

Lux says banning the college crowd from Chippewa is hurting business.
