NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - It looks like President Obama's budget plan has a bright future in store for the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

Obama wants to set aside $6 million for a new simulator at the base.

Advocates say it suggests the base will survive the pentagon's cost cutting and may actually add new jobs as a training center.
