COLDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Outdoor sports have been harder to make happen this winter in Western New York.

Ski Resorts including Kissing Bridge have had to put up with warmer, often drier conditions than usual.

In the last few weeks though Kissing Bridge has made more snow allowing them to welcome skiiers eager to hit the slopes.

They admit the strange weather has affected the bottom line.

Marketing Director, Rachel Fanelli said, "It's obviously been a slow start, and of course it affects us, in several ways, but, we're just taking it day by day, and hoping we can utilize what we have here."
