WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB) - There was a fatal weather-related crash in Warren County, Pennsylvania Thursday around 7:30 p.m Police say a car driving along Route 27, between Pittsfield and Garland, hit water, spun out and then hit another car.
The crash claimed the life of 46-year-old Paul Baker from Grand Valley. He was a passenger in the first car. Police say the driver of that car and another passenger were transported for treatment. None of the people in the car were wearing seat belts.
Everyone in the second car had on their seat belts according to police. There were two young children in the car, police say they had minor injuries. The 42-year-old driver was also transported for treatment.
Pennsylvania State Police say charges in the case are pending.
