DUNKIRK, N.Y.(WIVB) - In the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 23 around 1:20 a.m, a disturbance occurred at the Lake Shore Hospital in the emergency department.
According to published reports, Ryan Hudson, 19, of Dunkirk was being evaluated as a patient, when he began to damage the hospital property.
Hudson is one of the two men charged with bullying a disabled man in Dunkirk. He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for fourth-degree criminal mischief for the incident at the hospital.
He will appear in court on a later date to answer the charge.
Hudson, along with Matt Colon, 19, is also charged with fourth degree stalking in the bullying case. They are accused of taunting Mikey Gonzalez, who has Tourette syndrome. They recorded the abuse and uploaded it to YouTube. The misdemeanor charge could land them up to 90 days in jail and one year probation.
Many viewers came to Mikey's support when they saw the story on News 4. There is an online fund drive and a Facebook page set up in support of Mikey.
