GREECE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Shock, horror and disgust, those are the overwhelming feelings after a group of middle schoolers brutalized a bus aide. The entire thing was caught on camera.
The YouTube video from the Rochester area has been seen all around the world, people are angry and saddened. Thursday morning hundreds of thousands of people continue to leave heartfelt comments for the retired school bus driver, who went through something no one should ever have to experience.
Karen Klein, a 68-year-old grandmother of eight and school bus aid, took off her glasses to wipe away tears while enduring 10 terrible minutes of a verbal beating from Rochester area middle schoolers.
"You fat [swear word]. Yeah, you're fat dude. You're so fat you take up the whole entire seat," said one student.

The 12 and 13 year olds taunted her and even threatened her. The retired school driver sat there and instead of responding with hate she asked the students kindly to stop.
Klein said, "There was nothing really that I could do about it. You can't hit the kid. If you yank the phone out his hands then you get in trouble."
The students showed no remorse and at one point struck a nerve that hit Karen's heart hard.
"Something about me being so fat and ugly your kids should probably commit suicide," recalled Klein. "I don't think they knew that my son had."
Police and school took action and started an investigation, and officials are reportedly giving an update at some point Thursday.
There's a fund set up to send Karen on vacation, the goal was $5,000, but people have already donated more than $116,000.
