ASHFORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - A West Valley woman is facing DWI charges, after the pick-up truck she was driving overturned Monday around 12:30 a.m.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Christine Decosta was driving in the Town of Ashford, on Beech Tree Road early Christmas Eve morning. The vehicle ran off the roadway and struck small trees, before overturning.

Authorities say she suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Decosta is charged with DWI, .08 percent or higher and other traffic infractions.
