TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - County Clerk Chris Jacobs opened Erie County's Auto Bureau at Northtown Saturday morning for a few hours for pistol permit owners.

The DMV allowed gun owners to pick up the state's "Opt-Out" form to guarantee that their records are kept private.

All Erie County auto bureau's will have copies of the forms starting Tuesday. Another option available is printing out a copy on the Erie County website.
