BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo Planning Board is getting its first look at proposed lofts in the old FWS Building on Elmwood Avenue.

Buffalo Developer Rocco Termini drew up the plans after the furniture store liquidated in October. Termini wants to put 35 apartments in the building, with a distillery and restaurant on the first floor. It has a price tag of $16 million.

On Tuesday, the board approved Termini's plan, though it could be several months before construction begins.
