NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WiVB) - Plans are underway for a new hotel to be built in a vacant Niagara Falls building.

Business First reports that Indian Ocean LLC is eyeing the structure that once housed Moore Business Forms on Buffalo Avenue and John Daly Boulevard.  The proposal calls a conversion of the 3-story structure to a Courtyard by Marriott.  The hotel would be run by local hotelier B. F. Patel.

The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency will be taking up that application at Wednesday’s meeting.

The NCIDA is expected to vote on the proposal in March.

There is already a Courtyard by Marriott in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
