Police investigate group home death

NIAGARA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara County Sheriff's deputies are investigating an unattended death in the Town of Niagara.

Niagara Police were called to the Rivershore Inc Group Home on Miller Road around 6:50 a.m. on Monday and called in the sheriff's office to help investigate after finding the body of 53-year-old Daniel Kennedy.

Deputies say his death is not considered suspicious and an autopsy will be conducted to determine his cause of death.
