NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Family members tell News 4’s Lou Raguse that five-year-old Isabella Sarah Tennant has been found in an dead in an alleyway, between 3rd and 4th Streets in Niagara Falls. News 4's Ed Drantch learned from sources Monday that the case is a homicide.
The girl's body was found fully clothed. There is no word on any abuse. Niagara Falls Police will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. Monday. A 16-year-old is being questioned by police.

Isabella was last seen at 11:58 p.m. Sunday. Family members realized she was missing at 6 a.m. Fifteen minutes later, she was reported missing to Niagara Falls Police.
The last person to see Isabella, who was at her grandparent's house, was a neighbor. That neighbor is now considered a person of interest in the case.

Monday morning, police dogs took officers from the 6th Street address, between Ferry Avenue and Niagara Street, to 114 Buffalo Avenue. The address is near a hotel and condominiums.
Police say she was last seen wearing a pink pajama-style skirt, and a short sleeved pink shirt with black stars on it. She did not have socks or shoes.
The owner of the Player's Lounge offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to the child's safe return.
