Police make arrests during, after game

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police made several arrests during and after the Buffalo Bills game. Thursday night and Friday morning, seven arrests were made during the DWI saturation detail.

During the detail, 57-year-old James Dombrowski was stopped on Seneca Street in Elma. Police say the East Aurora man was stopped for failure to keep right. Dombrowski allegedly had a .09 percent BAC. He is expected to be in Elma Court later this month.

An Ontario man allegedly had two times the legal BAC, when he was stopped in the Town of Boston. State Police say 26-year-old David S. Bacque, of Bowmansville, had a .16 percent BAC when he was stopped on ST-391, for allegedly failing to stop at a red light.  Bacque is expected to return to Boston court at a later date.

In Lancaster, a North Carolina resident was stopped for allegedly failing to keep right. State Police say 43-year-old Jonathan N. King had a .08 percent BAC. He is expected to return to Town of Lancaster Court at a later date.

A Cheektowaga man was stopped in Buffalo, for allegedly having a .18 percent BAC. State Police say 47-year-old John Dent was stopped for traffic violations. He is accused of having more than two times the legal BAC, and is charged with aggravated DWI. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.

State Police say a Grand Island man was stopped for traffic violations on I-190 in Buffalo. According to police, 41-year-old Alexander Douds had a .14 percent BAC. He is due in City of Buffalo court at a later date.

A Buffalo man was arrested after being stopped for traffic violations on I-190. Police say 27-year-old Matthew Polina was arrested for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.

Police say they arrested 30-year-old Laroyce D. Davis, of Rochester, in Orchard Park. Davis was stopped for alleged traffic violations, but police say an investigation revealed he did not have the owner’s permission to be operating the vehicle. He was arrested for third-degree unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He is due in Orchard Park Court later this month.
