Apparent suicide shuts down the Skyway

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The inbound lanes of the Skyway had to be shut down Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. after an apparent suicide disturbed the busy roadway.

According to police, a vehicle was found on the Skyway with an apparent suicide note inside.

A body of a white man, believed to be in his 20's, was found in the water under the roadway.

Homicide Detectives were called to investigate.
