COLDSPRING, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Cattaragus County Sheriff says 31-year-old Nicole Pierce broke two TVs during a domestic dispute in Coldspring. That happened back in May but Pierce was just arrested on December 10th.

Pierce was arrested for a felony mischief complaint. She was arraigned in county court and released on her own recognizance. She's supposed to be in Coldspring Town Court at a later date.
