BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A new wave of fiscal challenges is about to hit Erie County. That's the warning from Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz. He's releasing a mid-year budget report Monday morning.

This comes with renewed concerns about county payments made on behalf of the Erie County Medical Center, which are expected to go over budget.
