12.9-mile stretch of roadway reopens

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 12.9-mile stretch of I-86 East is back open Wednesday afternoon, after icy road conditions caused crashes along the roadway.
The roadway was closed from Exit 16, for West Main Street, to Exit 19, for Allegany State Park.
