Disabled vehicle closed part of road

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A portion of Route 5 East, including the Skyway, was closed Wednesday afternoon, because of a disabled vehicle.
Route 5 East was closed from Tifft Street to I-1190, a 3.2-mile stretch. The roadway is now open.
