BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo Animal Shelter posted a video to its Facebook page Wednesday, about Phoenix the puppy who is recovering from being set on fire.

Phoenix had a skin graft surgery to repair some of his skin this past week. The video was posted with a note, saying he will be getting bandage change Thursday. The vet will then decide if he is ready for more treatment.

Phoenix has been at the shelter since last month, when he was found burned in a Buffalo neighborhood. Two teens are charged with animal cruelty.
