Ramps open after accident investigation

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The ramps from Elmwood Avenue Northbound and Delaware Avenue Southbound to the I-290 Eastbound in the Town of Tonawanda are back open, after being closed because of an accident.

The rollover crash happened around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. According to Town of Tonawanda Police, four people inside the car were taken to ECMC. No word on what caused the crash.
