BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Roswell Park Cancer Institute will make an announcement regarding a significant development to the downtown medical corridor, Thursday morning.

The announcement is expected to center around a proposal of a new clinical sciences center.

The announcement is planned for 10 a.m.
