BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo cancer center is set to announce development of an investigational vaccine that has the potential to destroy cancer cells and prevent relapses.

Roswell Park Cancer Institute says the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has given approval for the center to produce the experimental therapy for clinical study.

Hospital officials plan to provide details at a news conference Tuesday.
