OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A vigil for Sandy Hook victims will take place on Friday. George Pancio is hosting the vigil in Olean.

Pancio worked at Olean High School during a school shooting there in 1974. Three people were killed and many more were hurt, when a student began shooting from a school window.

The vigil is at 6 p.m. Friday at Lincoln Park in Olean.
