BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - The Niagara County Sheriff's Office, in conjunction with the Johnson Family, announces a public service of healing and remembrance to be held on Saturday August 4, 1:00 p.m. on the soccer fields near Thomas Marks Elementary School in Wilson.

Parking for the event will be available to the South behind the school and also to the North of the soccer fields.

Entry to the parking areas will be available off of Wilson-Burt Rd. and Young St. Handicap parking will be available in the main parking lot of Thomas Marks. Vehicles must display the handicap placard to gain access to this area.

The service is expected to last no longer than one hour.

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office encourages those wishing to attend to carpool as parking may be limited.

Anyone attending is also encouraged to bring water as the forecast is for above average temperatures.
