Scholar Athletes awarded scholarships

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - All 16 of News 4's scholar-athletes for 2012 were honored on Wednesday, but only two walked away with scholarships.

Football and wrestling star Ben Haas from Salamanca was our boys overall winner this year. Randolph volleyball standout Marah Maycock picked up the girls award.

Both of them will receive a $1,500 scholarship, courtesy of WIVB and Milk for Health.
