BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The NHL lockout is creating problems for downtown businesses. However, help is on the way.

U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is calling on the U.S. Small Business Administration to help those small businesses take advantage of short-term loans.

Visit Buffalo Niagara says the lockout has cost downtown about $2 million in lost hotel revenue alone.
