Senecas to celebrate major milestone

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tuesday, the Senecas will be celebrating a major milestone in downtown Buffalo.
The final steel beam for the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino will be lifted into place at a topping off ceremony.
The $130 million venue is set to open next year.
