BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A code blue is in effect Friday morning, through Sunday morning. This means, anyone needing a hot meal and warm bed is welcome at the City Mission or Saint Luke’s Mission of Mercy.

The shelters will be open each day from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. the following morning.
